Sonja has been coaching high school students in career exploration, college decisions and scholarship exploration for over 4 years. She began this work based on two decades of working on college campuses with Greek InterVarsity, a national ministry to fraternity and sorority students, which she helped start in 1991.

Sonja is a certified Growth Coach through both Life Forming Leadership and the Christian Coaching School. She currently lives in Fishers. She and her husband have four children. Sonja loves to read, ride bicycles, play games and spend time with friends.
