Johnny is passionate about bringing people to the feet of God in authentic worship. He holds a B.A. in Communications and Graphic Design from Texas State University. As a songwriter and worship leader, Johnny is proud of his family heritage in music. His great-grandfather, John A. McClung, is in the Gospel Music Hall of fame as a hymn writer. Most recently, Johnny was Director of Worship at Faith Church Indy for several years.

Johnny currently owns his own creative company which focuses on graphic design, photography, and video production. He and his wife, Scotia, have three daughters who attend the Academy. Johnny enjoys traveling, hiking, road cycling, COFFEE, and performing live music.
